This photograph shows the starting point of my
FMP (Unit 2: Materials, Techniques & Processes) brief. I started with primary drawings from primary
sources of industrial structures. Medias used: acrylic paint, fine liners,
pencil and pastels

This page shows development of research into my
theme where I began to look at the shapes and structure of the underground and
took that through to experimentation on the stand to gain inspiration.

This photograph shows the inspiration I
took through to my final garment. The colour pallet was taken from the London
underground tube map. The metal structure was incorporated into the shoulders.
Electrical wires influenced piping features on the garment. Perspective of
tunnel view influenced shape and the silhouette was influenced by Gareth Pugh
A/W 2013 Collection.

This photograph shows various views of technical samples used in the final garment. I am especially interested in the different types of finishes for a garment and how they are executed
