Primary drawings of the deconstruction of the classes shirt using the medias, pencil, paint and fine liner.

This image shows research into Dazed and Confused target customer and the 'Biker Chic' trend of A/W13. My brief was to create a spin on the classic shirt using the 'Biker Chic' trend as inspiration and create a photo-shoot for the magazine Dazed and Confused to meet the target audience’s needs.

This is the result of the cover shoot and spread for the October issue where by I created the shirt dress for a manufacturing brief from a  black crepe fabric and replaced buttons with nuts and bolts down the button placket. I then styled the dress for a cover shot with the theme Teenage Takeover in mind. I am extremely interested in the publication and layouts of magazines, as I feel its an important area of the fashion industry.
